EFFECTS OF SHACKLING AND CONE RESTRAINING ON RESIDUAL BLOOD IN CARCASS AND PHYSIOLOGICAL STRESS RESPONSES OF BROILER CHICKENS

The effects of restraint methods on stress hormones (corticosterone, adrenaline, and noradrenaline), blood biochemistry (glucose lactate), bleeding efficiency were examined in broiler chickens.
